The IT department for a large manufacturer was implementing SAP with the help of various “big eight” consulting agencies that were charged with implementing SAP components. The company hired us to help the project management office track consultant workforce time and progress using Oracle’s Primavera software.
What we did:
We standardized coding structures in a way to warehouse the disparate schedules. Then, to control cost and forecast manpower needs, we developed a timekeeping solution that was built by the client and successfully integrated cost, schedule and resource needs.
The client was able to warehouse all the disparate schedule and financial information in one central area, while tracking actual hours and dollars through the architected solution that we built.
